Alte Sites provides fully managed website solutions built for artists and creators. Every subscription includes:

• Website design and setup

• Domain name (custom .com where available)

• Website hosting with SSL security

• Music player integration

• Online store for merch, downloads, and tickets

• SEO tools and analytics integration

• Ongoing updates and support

There are no hidden fees. One monthly plan covers everything .

2. Subscription & Payments

• All plans are billed on a monthly basis in advance.

• Payments are processed automatically every month through the payment method you provide.

• Subscriptions remain active until canceled.

• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your website.

3. Account & Access

• Each website comes with an account provided by Alte Sites.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and secure.

• You must not share access with unauthorized parties.

• If your account is compromised due to weak passwords, shared credentials, or negligence, Alte Sites is not responsible for any resulting issues.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You are fully responsible for the content you upload, including music, images, text, and videos.

• You must ensure that your content complies with all applicable copyright, intellectual property, and consumer protection laws.

• You may not use your website for illegal activities, harmful software, spamming, or fraudulent behavior.

• If you collect fan data (e.g., emails, purchases), you are responsible for complying with data privacy laws applicable in your region.

5. Security

• Alte Sites provides secure infrastructure, SSL encryption, and monitoring to protect websites.

• While we take strong measures to secure all websites, we cannot guarantee protection from incidents caused by client-side errors, such as compromised accounts, insecure devices, or unauthorized account sharing.

• Clients are advised to maintain strong passwords, update them regularly, and keep devices secure when accessing their websites.

6. Support & Maintenance

• Alte Sites handles all technical maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring.

• Support requests must be submitted through our official support channel (email or ticket system).

• We respond to requests within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the nature of the issue.

• We may set reasonable limits to prevent abuse of support services.

7. Third-Party Services

• Alte Sites may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Google Site Kit, Google Analytics, WordPress plugins).

• You are responsible for securing and managing your own third-party accounts.

• Alte Sites is not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all content uploaded to your website, including music, media, and brand assets.

• By using Alte Sites, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of operating your website.

• The Alte Sites platform, systems, and service model remain the property of Alte Sites and cannot be resold, copied, or redistributed.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if:

• You fail to pay your monthly subscription on time.

• You violate these Terms and Conditions.

• You use your website for illegal or harmful activities.

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account dashboard on our website. Once canceled, your website will be taken offline at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time.

10. Services Provided

• We provide subscription-based website design, hosting, and maintenance services for artists and creatives.

• Each subscription includes access to our website templates, ongoing updates, and support as outlined in your plan.

11. Subscription Fees

• Subscription fee: $19 USD per month (unless otherwise specified).

• Fees are billed automatically through your chosen payment method.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

12. Term & Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.

• Your plan automatically renews each month unless canceled.

13. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete assets (bio, images, music, social links, etc.) in a timely manner.

• You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without proper authorization.

• You are responsible for maintaining strong, secure login credentials.

14. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

• Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

• After cancellation, your site will be taken offline. You may request a backup copy of your content.

15. Refund Policy

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

• If a payment was made in error, contact support within 7 days for review.

16. Support & Maintenance

• We provide support for design changes, technical fixes, and maintenance.

• Standard response time: 24–72 hours.

• Complex requests or custom features may require additional fees and timelines.

17. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for:

  • Downtime caused by third-party providers (hosting, payment gateways, integrations).

  • Losses due to client misuse, negligence, or compromised login details.

• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months of service.

18. Modifications

• We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement.

• Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.

19. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Alte Sites may update or improve services from time to time.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of Alte Sites means you agree to the revised Terms.

20. Limitation of Liability

• Alte Sites will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount you paid to Alte Sites in the last 3 months.

• We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, third-party failures, or client-side account compromises.

21. Changes to Services and Terms

• Alte Sites may update or improve services from time to time.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of Alte Sites means you agree to the revised Terms.
